Standard delivery: orders should be with you in 3-5 days of dispatch.

Standard shipping is £3.95 or free on orders over £30

Express delivery: orders should be with you in 1-2 following dispatch.

Express shipping is £6.80 

Northern Ireland

International (Worldwide)

We currently offer no international shipping directly on the website, if you are an international customer please contact us to see if we can arrange postage to your country.

Shipping Times

We aim to ship all order within 3 working days of purchase, with the exception or pre-order items. Pre-order items are shipped when stock has been received at our warehouse. Please always note the release date stated on pre-order products, these products are normally shipped within 3 working days of the release date.

Returns

  • Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. Returns will be paid by ourselves on this and the customer will not be liable.
  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
  • Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.
  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
  • Pokemon TCG Code Cards, and similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code, are not eligible for returns.
  • Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.

If a delivery is lost or delayed Collect Phoenix will cover any additional costs.

However if a delivery is lost due to Customer incorrect address. No refund will be issued until parcel is found and shipping costs will not be refunded. 

 

Cancellations / Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.
